includes what the company intends to do in terms of developing or changing the
size of the workforce or its training and programs for social care and health
and environmental policies in accordance with the applicable laws and
regulations, and that Its goal is to achieve the benefit of the company’s
employees and the surrounding community and to be sustainable in the long term
in order to achieve common interests

order to activate the company's social responsibility towards society, it has
done the following
Donating an amount of 150 thousand pounds to Alexandria University
Hospitals
: This is in addition to the company’s social role towards its employees, as it
does the following
- Developing the skills of its employees by sending them to training programs
according to their specializations and work needs in accredited training centers
(the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport - the Ports
Training Institute - the International Center for Programs and Consultations -
the Leadership Development Center - the Directors Center - the Arab Business
Administration Association - the Labor Cultural Foundation - Alexandria Chamber
of Shipping) through an annual plan that specifies training needs and is
approved by the company’s board of directors. The company also implements some
unplanned emergency programs in case of need
- Establishing housing projects for workers through a housing committee that
provides payment facilities, and workers participate in that committee according
to their wishes
The company provides social, cultural, sports and entertainment activities,
winter and summer trips, Hajj and Umrah for its employees, supported by the
company’s employees club
- A periodic medical examination is carried out on some workers in some jobs
that require this
(those who work on computers and technical jobs)
The company’s employees shall have a share in the profits to be distributed,
determined by the General Assembly of companies based on the proposal of the
Board of Directors, at not less than 10% of these profits
- Each employee is encouraged, according to his desire, to engage in voluntary
charitable work, such as donating blood

the facility, which is included in the quality guide. It also measures pollution
rates at the Center for Graduate Studies and Research
